We have an educational background in science

Founding attorney, Brian Eisen, majored in neurobiology while at Harvard College. He excelled in his courses and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on to study law at Harvard Law School and graduated cum laude. After completing a federal appellate judicial clerkship and working as a federal prosecutor, Mr. Eisen decided to focus exclusively on medical negligence cases in order to help people who have been injured by medical professionals. He enjoys uncovering how medical errors occur and putting together evidence to demonstrate proof of these errors in court.
