Why Choose The Eisen Law Firm?

Attorney Brian Eisen graduated from both Harvard College and Harvard Law School. After a highly coveted law clerk position with the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and then working for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC, Mr. Eisen moved into the private sector and began handling birth injury cases for clients throughout Ohio. He uses his background in neurobiology to provide special insight into birth injury cases, and is the first Ohio attorney to become a Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) from the Patient Advocate Certification Board (PACB). He was joined in his practice by attorney Todd E. Gurney about ten years later, and together they work to provide top-notch representation to families across the State of Ohio.
